This will be somewhat dependant on the condition of the property but I think a number triple to the one you've given would be more accurate over the life of ownership.All that being said, this could still turn out to be a nice deal.

And yes the largest house in the neighborhood, often a problem, I understand the extra footage is cheap but square foot pricing ignores the lot and quality of the construction basically and for that reason I like to basically ignore it because it is not truly accurate.
