In 32221 alone, GE oil and Gas manufacturing gas appliances, Jinko Solar, Bridgestone tires, Wayfair is building 1 million sq ft facility, LNG Eagle clean fuel manufacturing, CTSINTERNATIONAL  Logistics Solutions Group.Industry West FurnishingsCecil Commerce center, FSCJ Cecil Campus College, Equestrian Center is also a large venue for concerts and what not. 2000 acres of Normandy are being rezoned to a much higher density, 5000 roofson  ,a 3.2 mi stretch of Nornandy blvd. 1139 new apartments were approved Normandy west in 32221as well.

But also right about 1 year ago I helped a client buy a 4 unit that was $1.5 million maybe half a mile to mile west of there, and that deal I would do in a heart beat had I had the chance to buy it at the 10% down rate my client was able to do.Everyone goals and strategies are different.

You might consider checking in to an area just west of Christian Park that doesn't usually show up on most neighborhood maps called Twin Aire.

pretty rare out west your not going to buy a house for 500k and all of a sudden get an appraisal for 1.5 mil.but there was a ton of abuse pre 07..
