Guess you could call the REA, I doubt (based on OR or WA) they'd do much.I do larger apartments and about 10% of the deals, I object to the commission part of the PSA/offer.

@Briana Gilbert some good areas would include fort Washington, Bethesda anywhere near dc will be great with renters but even as farther out as Gaithersburg Waldorf the dmv area is a great area to invest in for renters
