Most of mine were in low income areas, however I did have 1 in Vegas a couple years ago that paid $1300 (which was the market rent) plus $150 for utilities, and it was in a fairly decent area.

hey everyone my names Quinton G out of Las Vegas, NV im new to wholesaling and I had a few questions which I hoped youd all could help me be able to answer and help me with I have some people who want to sell and work with me but I have them on hold till I can get these questions answered so please anyone and everyone id love some help.1. when wholesaling a home I first put it under contract to look like im buying the home, then find a buyer within 30 days and assign the buyer my contract for profit. now does the seller know im doing this or do I hide what im doing?

Try putting these numbers in to 100 year old homes on the north east coast.20 years, more than a dozen properties…(all Vegas SFR, 5-10 years old when I purchased them)So that’s 240+ rental property years. less than $1,000 on roofs and roof repairs (tile roofs) total, virtually zero on exterior house siding (stucco), zero for income tax, vacancy rates well under 0.5%, insurance that averages less than $600/year and property taxes around $220/year on $300k properties.
