There a lot of "Programs" and "Systems" that claim to find deals.Is anyone using this ? 

For all Minneapolis investors, perhaps this is an opportunity to contact your council members and let them know if you have an objection to this, and what its impacts will be.My dislike of section 8 has more to do with the program being so poorly run than the tenants themselves, though from what I've read on BP, there are plenty of bad apples.  

I just received a $97 sign up to start with Justin Wilmot's mobile wholesaling package does anyone know if this is a good program to learn from???

Selena, if your bank won't work with you there are some private lenders/hard money lenders with programs that are sort of a cross blend ( not too hard ) but you have to have good credit scores to get them. 

Thing is, a lot of people on here have been either burned by ****** wholesalers or people who sold them ****** programs on wholesaling (and yes there are some bad programs out there).

A very few of the seminar gurus actually have good information, so if you decide you want to buy a program, network locally first and talk to people who have taken programs. 

She talked about a customized program to meet our needs, but would not elaborate on the program unless we already committed to some Mastery level.
