My impression of the front range is that Denver/Boulder is not the greatest cash flow market but cash flow seems to improve as you move north and south of Denver along the front range.

Ya employees living at your property might not be great idea.. especially if it is a single person.I cringed when a maintenance tech or leasing agent wanted to move on site because I knew when things go south they got 2 week notice to vacate and even though they signed that type of agreement when they moved in they never expected to be terminated and have to move that quickly.
