I paid my loan originators .375% starting off and on a sliding scale to production to .75%, that was generous and with the exception of two, all were past loan officers with years of experience in banks.So, being a MO is a good job, I wouldn't say you'll get rich but with years of experience, managerial abilities you can make a very good living.MBs are another matter.

Or try and find a HM lender that lends 75% ARV and talk the seller down to $10,000 and flip it without a partner.If you want to beat cap gains tax, flip it as a lease option for 12 months so it's considered a long term investment.Get rich slow!

Rents are going at about $700 or more.Some of my options are:1) Demolish and construct a new 2Bed/1Ba house for rent or sale2) Demolish and construct a new 3Bed/2Ba house for rent or sale3) Demolish and sell the lot off.Limitations for meI am presently working on this deal from Singapore but have formed some nice partnerships with a few people in San Antonio who can help to oversee any decision I may undertake.
