You just have to put yourself in their shoes, especially if you're mailing to those who are behind on payments.

Same concept applies for the garage- but I would probably leave the garage as-is since most people use it for storage anyway, so it doesn't need to be fancy.Also, I'm not sure what your plans are for your color scheme, but keep in mind that grey is the new beige and quartz is the new granite!
