I am not sure they could even come after the landlord for not doing the test but just a thought I hadThanks in advance I am, but i purchased a Pro Series 3 Tester on Amazon for $125 and do my own, if its high i put a system in, you can get a fan for about $100, and the rest is PVC, drilling some 3.5" holes, and running the electrical, and sealing cracks, as well as sealing the sump crock. takes me about a day to put a system in, and re test
