In general, I try to always do a rent increase each year, even if it is only $25.

Your documentation doesn’t have to be contemporaneous but trying to recreate records after the fact can be challenging.

I'm not trying to get in over my head on a project that will require more then I have to give (in time and knowledge), however my job does provide me some flexibility.

I already know he’s planning to try to put a road assessment out for the road which never had one so I know it won’t stop with just this one problem.
