I have been sitting on the fringes studying before going full fledge since a lot of the gurus promote their flavor-of-the-month which amount to being undercover paid advertisements.  

I was given an opportunity to hold a booth promoting my business as a realtor.  

Here are some tips: First, the forums must remain free of self-promotion, so you can't advertise yourself.

I'm not a big fan of gimmick promotions like first month free or half off.

I actually work the situation in the opposite direction...I often promote in my ads, "view it today, move in tomorrow, on approval".

Most of these others don't and you can find more frauds and scammers on BP promoting dishonest, illegal, and unethical behavior.

From what I understand they decided to work together to promote each others things because they are so closely related to each others information.Still dont think they are on the up and up?

You will find many Realtors coming on here promoting their markets.

*Are they a turn-key company or are they a promoter?
