Shert term my partner and I are looking to start wholesaling and possibly rehabbing(time permitting).

I also have 2 business partners and we were thinking about creating a LLC., and putting all are properties in that.

No i don't have Relationship to the company.I just roll some money into a while ago with my partner.

I started working in pre-foreclosures, partnered up with the right people, and now manage one of the most successful real estate investment/wholesaling companies in North Jersey.

I also have a partner that I can use that can provide the money down but ideally want to do this solo and not worry about a partner.

I need to find partners for foreclosure deals, or private funds.
