I have done research and ran some numbers on multiple properties but have yet to find a realtor that has experience in investment properties or a property management company to go with.

No response from anyone of Bigger Pockets so I have contacted another local company. 

I had loaned him $50,000 so he could buy shares in a Hollywood media company that he introduced me to.

You might want to get advice from an attorney or a CPA (or tax accountant) to help you decide what sort of company you should form.  

When we talked about the transition and employment, they have both said that they have had interviews, but the companies wanted to wait until they were here to hire them. 

We have many connections personally and through our company.

I don't have any capital to work with investors have everything these $100,000 dollar companies have I just don't charge like they do!

What would you invest in turnkey or trust a real estate agent/investor that also has a property management company that does rehabs? 

Hi, I need to obtain the building financials for a unit I am interested in purchasing but the management company is not allowed to release since the current owner is in default and will be going through a foreclosure at some point in the future.  

Do you just call the Title Company and provide them with a new address?
