Everything going along fine until the appraisals just came back, and they are a lot lower than the first set, so my 75% LTV just went to >85% LTV, which they won't do for investors these days.

I was just looking at a property for 36k and was approved and had an approval letter in 2 hours.Many small local banks will give you loans on lower value properties if you can show that you personally can cover the mortgage and if the property cash flows that makes it a lot easier as well.Just try a small local bank...

I looked into the Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Philly Eagles.Basically Texans and Panthers are cheaper, but no real resale value, so you will be taking a lossSteelers and Eagles are just WAY too expensive to make such a purchase worth itI was able to snag lower level 100 seats.
