For example, one 2,100 sf home sold for $365K at $174/SF - the land was acquired for $45,000Another home - 1,940 sf sold for $375K at $193/SF - land was acquired for $48KAnother sold for $505K, land acquired for $26KAnother sold for $350K, land $44KAnother sold for $370K, land $60K - another $435K/$69K, $331/$55KSo I'm literally seeing land purchased under $70,000 and then homes built and sold $350K-500K+ so I figured if it is constantly being done, I could do so as well.

He literally had this thing for 20 years but he bought it at the top of the market back then and then when things went down, he was totally underwater and he was just able to sell it a few months ago cause that's how long it took to go back up to the value that he paid for it in 2002-2003 because, again, when everything crashed in 2007-8-9, he was underwater.

I am talking about a "2nd home" as in literally a 2nd property, purchased through a "2nd home mortgage" whereby I can get 10% downpayment instead of an investment property mortgage with 20%+ down payment.
