Sure conventional loans favor W2 jobs, but when you are pursuing financial freedom, owning and growing your business is more valuable than obtaining a mortgage right now.

Unlike wholesaling, this approach has numerous advantages for investors who want to become millionaires and achieve financial freedom - it creates income that can be lent against (from two jobs), allowing the investor to qualify for conventional financing.

But I’d like to have more freedom with the monies such as buying on auctions or other investment strategies.

I'm a licensed realtor based in Georgia, and my passion for real estate was ignited by the desire to attain financial freedom and cherish more quality time with my family.

I also love helping people on their journey to financial freedom while helping them build that generational wealth. 

What I love at the end is how you still pushed through and still continue to believe real estate is the way to financial freedom.
