I think most would agree considering his character and history that It’s one of those things in life that is a hiccup to overlook for a month while things get in order .. however what happens if it goes on for three more months and you don’t get paid but his car payments do ?

Apparently they only charge a flat rate $3000 fee for the listing realtor (And standard fees for the buying realtor).
