We received about 10 service calls within the first 2 weeks and everything was fixed. 

We are both in the service industry, owning our busisnesses (hairstylist and tattoo artist), and are making decent money.

Can it be done without their service, is it an efficient and effective method to collect data "real time" in one place with enough value to warrant the monthly fee?

Is there an app or service that I can plug the list into that will scrub the names?

In my parting message on checkout day , I include the line ,"we strive to provide 5 star service and hope that we have done enough to earn your 5 star review".

Once you draw up those docs, you can even put the note with servicing for a nominal monthly fee and they'll handle all of the accounting, tracking payments, etc.
