Smith If you could throw my company name out in the mix too in the future ;)  I've got over 80 ALL 5 Star Google Reviews with amazing customer service and 100% success on our loans with wholesalers.  

On top of that, Columbus has companies like Hyperion and Forsee Power coming to the west side. 

I also own a short-term rental management company that partners with other real estate investors and second home owners to 2-5x their returns while taking the headaches out of owning/operating STR’s.

There was also some recent legislation in Colorado that does not allow any Title companies to be involved with a sub-to transaction that involves an FHA or VA loan.  

I believe there will be pretty high appreciation here, as many large companies are investing money in our area such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

Then again when away on vacation I did get smoked by another HVAC company for $2300 to replace a 40gall electric HW tank with a new dedicated circuit to the panel.

Third property was through owner-financing that we will pay off in six months using the combined rental income of all three properties.Our goal is to become a self-funding investment company, where the rental income pays for all new properties.

Lots of appropriate insurance and a good service company and you're all set.
