I am a college student in Eugene, OR and I feel as though I have wasted my past three years working in the restaurant industry.

That is listed as the biggest threat in the coming years ( trillions).Parents send kids to college to rack up tons of non-dischargeable debt even through filing a BK.

Do you worry about the Student loan bubble at all, when investing in these college cities?

I've also saved up some money and I'd like to purchase a multi-family house near Los Angeles area (3 or 4 unit family house under 420K would be ideal).I graduated from college on June 2014, I have some employment gaps in the past couple of years and they are as follow:.

The inflated cost of education is largely due to too much money in loans chasing worthless degrees for people that shouldn't even be in college in the first place.  

My favorite college professor made a comment that changed my life.  

I always go back to the days of playing basketball in college, the coach did not believe me when I told him I can beat any of your players on the team.  

I don't plan on touching this money for withdrawal purposes for a very long time, save maybe college tuition for the little ones, if I'm allowed too.
