She went ballistic, saying it wasn't her fault and that although she does keep boxes of cereal and bags of rice in the lower kitchen cabinets and on the floor, that couldn't be the problem.

IMHO, the key is to find a pest control person that is knowledgeable and that you feel you can trust (after all, they will need complete access to all areas for tenting...they open all drawers, cabinets,etc. of course you CAN insist on being present for most of this).

I agree Ron, I thought Jenkins was asking for deals on real estate, not cabinets!

And a Home Depot card for certain items, and a Lowe's card for the maple cabinets I liked, etc. 

With a aprox 1acre & 9000 sqft building that used to be a cabinet shop.

What brand cabinets are those?  

Prebuilt cabinets, lighting, granite, lumber, vanities, appliances, sinks and faucets, doors, paint, etc. where are you all buying from for your flips/rentals?

Usually when using either 2", 3", or 6" tile you can get away with no cuts along the top where wall cabinets are.

She also said that flooring and cabinets in need of updating are considered cosmetic so it will come down to how the appraiser presents what it found.
