I appreciate you putting your story out there to warn others.

I'll warn them if it's an egregious issue like multiple calls for toys in the toilet or heavy towels clogging the main line.

I almost made the same ROOKIE mistake until I was warned by my banker.

We warn and warn and warn people about this and title company does and lender does, but somehow it doesn't sink in until they get the new bill in a year or two.  

Likely nothing, but at worst, a violator of a lease, that has already broken other rules and been warned and is potentially violating another one and will likely violate more?

It was the perfect rental and we could have easily got $1600/mon rent, but my agent warned that we'd lose money on the back end if we sold some day – because of the road.
