It always amazed me that no one really did this in Portland I was the biggest buyer of foreclosure for many years in this market and no one ever came up to me.. if a bird dog brought me a deal of course I would have looked at it..

It's amazing how many people started investing in real estate after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, including myself :) 

This is what I did, and it worked out amazing.

From what I've seen so far, this BP community is amazing, and I hope to continue to connect, learn, and eventually provide value wherever I can!

The BP team is doing amazing work and makes real estate education an incredibly easy and fun process; BP provides all the tools and opportunities, it is up to us new investors to put the work in and listen to the podcasts, read the books, comb through the forums, and reach out to more experienced investors to reach financial freedom.

We use CINC which is amazing.
