Along these lines, I am wondering if it is more lucrative to go ahead and increase the value of the property as much as possible now, rather than waiting until I inherit it? 

I'm wondering if I'd rather just wholesale this house versus get into the weeds with all the contractors, etc. 

They were having a good sale; everything was 40% off the "original price" (which is always a number they make up so they can then "discount" it).

There have been a few interested tenants, a couple of which I actually approved but then they ghosted me.Now I'm starting to wonder if it's just seasonal or if there's something wrong with my property.

Again, the same seasoning rules apply you must gold the note in place for at least that amount of time to avoid fees for early note sales.

I think this is steep given the list of damages so I was wondering what might be the best strategy here or if anyone has any advice?
