well I am a confessed worlds worst landlord.. last winter my tenant in kokomo said they could not afford the heat since it was super cold ( I knew that as well it was brutually cold) so I said no problem don't pay rent for 2 months then just continue.. well they did not pay for 2 months and then moved out.. kind of spit in your face type of charity.As for Green I would suspect there in not one member of the 350,000 BP members that has planted more tree's than me.

But at present it's fun and lucrative.

It will be fun being able to construct it how we want.The only thing is, it's in a crappy part of town.

Have fun guys, I'll stay out here in the burbs, where corruption and taxes are at a minimum.Imo your much better off focusing on smaller markets outside of the city. 

The option to rent to a premier equestrian or polo player at a premium price for the winter equestrian season presents itself.

It can take as long as two years to get them out because IL does not allow evictions during winter cold or summer heat.

I was quoted $400 a month average for oil deliveries during the winter months and a additional delivery maybe two to keep the hot water going during the warm season.

Thats going to be fun haha. 

MI winters are harsh and it is difficult to attract people there.
