Construction/remodel/maintenance is my husbands day job, though, so that is his knowledge base.The old single wides are more of a problem than doubles and the newer models that are made more like a regular house.

Where you live there is sprawl we have no sprawl.. we have a state probably 2 to 3 times the size of GA.. with almost 4 million people 2.5 million live in one 30 X 90 square mile valley ( Willamette Valley) the rest of the state is wide open..
