When you drive by, walk up to the house and take a look for potential deficiences - missing siding, a sagging roof, foundation/chain wall/visible pier and sill issues.

The walls look very nice--I'm glad I had it all done.

On the outside wall you can see where the brick no longer lines up and they tried filling the area.

It might be a cap in a wall or in a pipe that sticks up out of the floor.

You also need 4' from the wall to the back of your window well.

So I would really like a solution other than removing the tree.I've considered just cutting out the wood overhang of the roof, but then the tree might keep leaning over and end up damaging the walls.
