It can be done, but if there is significant equity in the property that money will be used to pay back the creditors first (minus the exempt portion), so there isn't a whole lot of motivation for a debtor to do so.

I understand Jesse's opinion on buyers needing a win, however I'm not convinced it applies to ACs in FL (particularly the Southern portion) because that's pretty much at the forefront when buying.
