We all have to assume that the rest of the steps will be researched in other threads or have already been obtained.There is no question that knowing how to evaluate exit values (ARV's), rehab costs, market conditions, etc. are of vital importance, regardless if you want to be a wholesaler, rehabber, or any type of RE investor.Again, I see no negatives to building a list first (after you know what a good deal is and have a good enough foundation to structure an offer that will be wholesaled.
