I think it will be a disbursement since you will separate from active duty and be rehired as a civilian so it will trigger.

If sales for top-dollar move-in ready remodels and new builds start slow this year, it could begin triggering market activity that will benefit investors.

I am getting ready to pull the trigger on my first fix and flip property in the Indianapolis area.

Market is hot here, if you find something you like, pull the trigger.  

Also, when you know what you are looking for, pull the trigger fast!

Just think it’s a little too cut and dry to say it’s not possible to make money with a PM.

I knew the roof was not brand new but I also knew that the inside of house was dry and the roof still had several years of useful life left.
