everyone so far appears to be against the paint option, what I have found from my experience is you can paint metal tubs with no problem as long as you remove the drain and paint under it when reinstall it, if they tape around it which most of them do, it will begin to peel from there, what I would like to know is what is the best cleaning chemical to remove the stain, as far as painting a fiberglass tub I have no experience with that, hope this helps. let us know what you end up doing because I also hate spending money I don't have to.

., quiz them some and if they don't know how to tape and tarp or had not painted some,I would probably not let them so it but maybe volunteer to do a wall myself or let them hire a pro).

Found my deal, I had used her before and was confident in her service.. but in todays market as fast as things move with scanned documents, faxes, and wire transfers use your time wisely research your listings and don't waste time. 

If your good at taping the lines won't show and measure and cut a straight line to start.. 

You can only have 1 FHA loan at a time, unless you have a qualifying life event and have 15% equity in the property (job transfer 200+ miles, added a dependent, ect)So if you and your girlfriend are both on the loan and lie there for a year, you can move but you would not be able to do another FHA loan because you probably won't have accumulated 10%+ equity in that time.
