If not then the property is definatly not worth keeping as a investment property.

That to me is well worth paying a small fee to have a professional manager with experience do on my behalf.

And because I have nearly 10 years of doing this I can look at a listing and with in less than a minute figure out if that land is worth doing detailed analysis of or not.

Or is it worse and It's something not even worth turning on the street?
