no better way t get your clock cleaned as with things you are not EXPERT of,,,like jewelry (unless your a jeweler).so what happens when you 'buy' a hot piece and the police seize it??

I have even put up $50k at times.If you don't have $250 or more in cash to use for EMD's, I don;t think you belong in the RE investment game.

Even if they don;t like the deal, they will respect you and look at doing business with you because you shoot them straight.

Jon Holdman described my recent experience down to a T.

So if you are not going to be able to be there not only will you not learn but it can be a huge source of stress having to fit in a rehab while you are away and then using your three days at home to play project manager.

I don;t know if this is a legal practice in all states or with all utilities.
