Hi,I’m looking to invest for the first time in the US (Philly) as a real estate investor.

Can you help me out and point me in a direction for lending for beginners in this market? 

I live in Texas.

So I’m looking at houses in the westchester and just outside of NYC area.

Even in the midwest which offer nice beginner markets where one can get in for under 100k on purchase, you will need 40k+ and the more the better.

Lease expire in 5 yrs but I don't see a renewal option offered to the MSO group.They bought this place 2 yrs ago.

What are some things you would focus on if you are new and planned on full time commitment in lets say 3-6 months?

Being in NJ, market is super competitive, so need to figure out how I can maximize the profit.
