could this be a good area to start my investing career? 

In fact I think I have Dyscalculia (it's a learning disability where a person has difficulty comprehending and manipulating numbers).I know I can't escape numbers if I want to go into real estate, but there has to be a few careers in RE that are more math light than others.

I am switching careers so am starting from scratch and while I have researched programs online, I would love to hear from actual people.

I want autonomy and independence in my career.

For example.. not waste it on useless direct mail, and instead use it to get educated on sales and the career you intend to embark on.Just my opinion.k

While I like my current career and where I work I have always envisioned myself as self employed.

My MO is to serve investors at every stage in their commercial or residential career.  

I intend on making this my full time career and developing more companies as I go.
