Most people say REI isn't a get rich quick scheme, I think those people never tried wholesaling (:But..... in that short period of time with no marketing on the streets already it seems almost impossible.

Also the drug example was a guy in his 30's or so who inherited his parents house in a nice suburban neighborhood with an elementary school right down the street!

I prefer to use this one title company that is right down the street from my office but you by no means need the title company to be local to you.I have done many deals with title companies that were a few hours away.
