Monte Carlo is right down the street.

At some point afterward water and sewer service was brought to the neighbourhood/street, homeowners were given the option to hook-on (maybe at a discounted rate) but not compelled to switch.   

I know the community well and I am very familiar with that street.  

Lot's of nice neighborhoods with a bad one a couple of streets over.We may be focusing our efforts more on the neighboring counties which end up being bedroom communities for Charlotte proper.Also have been doing some paper investing and I notice the good deals go very quickly.  

There is a duplex on my street that has been vacant for some time.

A husband may be awarded sole possession of the house and the Wife may be forced out on the streets.

When you cross the street, you're gambling that a car doesn't come out of nowhere and run you over. 

Word on the street is that even their appreciating at 10%/year+.

The city replaced one of the two main streets in the complex a few years ago, and we are lobbying for the other one to be replaced, as it has one of the highest densities of residents to street length in the city.

They will only accept properties, where there's not one boarded up or vacant house on the same street or within a certain number of blocks.
