The house is 2 stories, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms two of which are en suite, one car garage, large living room, nice sized full kitchen, sitting room and rec room and large storage space in basement.

Generally I believe it is best if you can stay local, but sometimes that is just not feasible, so if it makes investment sense and you have a plan, I think it is very doable.
