She says she never has an issue renting as long as you stay under $800.

Usually you can always refi these after some appreciation and re-use FHA as long as it stays owner occupied, so that helps with getting more property.

If you are well informed and prepared, you will avoid many mistakes and have a more comfortable and issue free stay in Deutschland.

So I renewed with husband, who wants to stay in the apt, as lone lease signatory. 

And whether year 10 or 15 or 5, one out, I rent out both units for market rates, staying above the red likely in double digit % returns.

@Luka Milicevic I would be looking for SFR (condos or homes) where I could stay temporarily and then rent it out after 6-12 months whenever I locate a 2nd property and keep building the portfolio.
