The process of completing the required education, PSI examination, and deciding on a sponsoring broker were all easier than I expected.

I’m not asking the novice because sometimes your still in the process of learning what’s a true deal.. anybody out there?

I find this to be better (at least for me) as I don't have to mess with the various government process (which tend to make me ill)

The Section 8 portion was actually pretty late as well but I think it may have had to do with the change of ownership.I received an email from my PM saying that they were going to start the eviction process unless I told them otherwise.

Has anyone in the area purchased from sheriff sales before what did you like and dislike about the process ?

What exactly are you looking for in terms of advice, the process is fairly straightforward and if you plan on living in the house the only criteria really is does it fit your needs and your budget

I've just finished going through the prequalification process and am getting ready to purchase my first MFH.

I've been listening to the podcasts and in the process of reading some books from this website.

I'm finding this a bit of slow process and doing a bit of fire-killing with running this but believe this is the path to take to ensure that this succeeds.  

I would only ever suggest someone getting into section 8 rentals if they are committed to learning the process and in's/out's of these rentals.
