The landlord has the tracking number showing the dates and times of all attempted deliveries as well.Are my roommates and I in the right to refuse sending this late fee since the issue was not our fault and the fault of the landlord?

Are they falling off the calendar due to dates being filled or canceled? 

So does that make the contracts void, even though it binds the property until the closing date?

AirBNB's are getting hit hard with cancellations (myself included) however I predict I will re-fill those dates once the hysteria dies down.

@Felipe Mejia did that and was still able to scale at a reasonable speed. 

I am trying to get educated on this because I cannot get a straight answer from my lender and closing date is in three weeks.

So aside from some stress and need for speed, this is like any other deal. 

Reason I ask is that I've been tracking earnings based on when they are earned whereas Airbnb seems to base it off of the actual payout date.
