There are multiple soft spots in the floor, minor ceiling damage throughout, shower/tub kit likely needs replaced, areas of rotted wood on the outside, old floor furnace needs properly sealed, and the carpet needs ripped up and replaced.

My partner added an additional bathroom- shower insert not tub. 

I'll go in with both, heck, we're just sleeping and showering there:)

They think it's unfair because they only shower once a week but they can hear the upstairs neighbor showering twice a day.
