William,If the properties are in FL, you may want to have a discussion with several Independent Agents.

I can put 20% down on a property up to $230k and I work a lot in different states so I need to invest somewhere in an A or B class neighborhood so I mitigate the risk of tenants causing problems, does anyone know where I can meet these goals?

Am I missing some type of risk associated with this type of investment?
