Hello BP Community, I’m looking to take that “first step” but unfortunately when i tried applying for a pre-approval i was denied due to my hIgh debt to income ratio.

The plan is to stagger-step the living situation/life hacking much in the same way one would stagger cds maturing at the bank. 

Just wanted to take the next step and introduce myself after lurking for a while. 

I have been speaking to a few homeowners and I would like to put them under contract but as a wholesaler I would like to know what would be my next steps besides finding a buyer?
