I'm not sure if I 100% agree with that statement as I'm under the impression some servicers still use hubzu in certain states for short sales, but I do agree that most are bank owned for sure. 

If you plan to increase your portfolio of properties you may want to have a PM Service the property for you.

Unless you're offering a very niche service, you can't realistically charge very high premiums for coaching.
