Ouch ..And I remember why I need to do  stuff myself even if it’s not as nice a job  and takes a while .

Long term goal is to gain financial freedom so I don't have to continue to move around as my job request.

Especially if you don't have prior rehab experience.I bought a couple that were (almost) rent ready in my own city, because I didn't have a GC I trusted and didn't have time to oversee jobs.

I'm surrounded by Deadheads all day long at my job, and they only have one thought and that's to be all they can be for the company that's screwing us all.

I have a full time job at a tech company that offers SaaS but am looking to augment my income by becoming involved in Real Estate, in particular wholesaling. 

At the very beginning, when I had no idea how much the job cost, I had 3 people gave me 3 different quotes on the same repair job.

If you're going to have to pay them for the work that they did, I hope they did a good job. 

I do a better job of those notifications than just the key word notifications.
