Then tenant signed the lease, paid the security deposit and prorated rent for the month, moved in on the same day that the inspection passed.

If, it is secured on a property for five or ten years depending on the terms, while the propery appreciates, you could do a flip or two.

If it is, drill and replace the locks, post some no trespassing signs, and put up a few WiFi cameras connected to a mobile hotspot.

Contractor connections, which have cost me thousands to build, because I had to go through a lot of bad ones.

A little back story on our company is that we are a real estate investment company and we are currently working with several VC's to secure funding.

Has anyone invested, and what is your opinion? I was thinking about it to fund larger investments STR's etc...
