Before i learned about REI i was just going out spending money and having a good time. about a month and 1/2 ago i met this person that wanted into REI but is a father of 2 without a mother to help. he is also in the military. now 90% of my spare time is searching for deals and soon to be taking an online course for my Texas RE license.

If you don't have any local ones, then I would search out regional or nationwide ones and start the application process.

No problems there.But so now after searching seemingly endlessly for one good deal, all of a sudden I have tons of prospects calling me.

Is doing property inspections, title searches and repair estimates a necessity for me as a wholesaler?

Is there anyone in the note business who knows how to find note holders, other than going to the court and searching for hours??

Hello,Okay, I've been reading here, searching and I still have some questions and fogginess about wholesaling, probably real basic to many, but nonetheless, I need to know.

It may require creativity, and it may require diligence, but it is there for those that will search it out and take it.Deals come from motivated sellers not new jobs.
