Go to your REIA event, meet as many people as possible, and be intentional about what you're looking forPersonally, I've found that a good real estate deal has never gone unfunded so if your numbers are rock solid and if you have the credentials to back such a project up, I'm sure you'll find investors to partner up with youAdditionally, if you have never handled investor funds, be sure to give them a great deal to make it worth their while and build your reputation as someone who can reliably grow other people's money.

This does not reflect my overall business plan, but simply something to cut my teeth on and get some knowledge through real world experience (the best instructor).
