They seem ambivalent about the damages they have inflicted upon me and do not respond to my inquiries.Has anyone here had a similar issue from the owner or property manager perspective?

@Shawn T....I appreciate the conversation that's going on in this thread, but I hadn't responded yet because I'm in process of doing a write-up on the potential here and was going to get you some actual lender feedback on the deal as a whole and then respond as it would give way better explanation for some of your questions that you posted in response to my prior response.....PM me if possible too.Thank you.Jared

Thanks to everyone who has responded to my question about square footage. 

Once they responded with their contact info, I followed up with an email and explained where to send the rent, etc.

As others have responded you can refinance an FHA loan once it has "seasoned".
